SAFe® for Teams Certification Training

The SAFe® for Team course is executed over two days where candidates understand the essence of Agile Release Trains and how they can improvise their roles with the aid of Agile tools like Kanban, XP, and Scrum. Candidates are awarded the certification of SAFe® 5 Practitioner on the completion of the SAFe® for Teams course learning the skills to define, build, and test productive increments. The course has been designed to help team members acquire knowledge about tools and techniques in the Lean and Agile business ecosystem. They become proficient in SAFe® principles, ART, the Agile processes, and delivering high-valued and power-packed performance. Team members learn the way to create epics, features, stories, and other features of a PL including planning and implementing iterations.
