Merit Global Training reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc). The below T & C would not apply to registrants signing up by way of a Purchase Order or special pricing offers availed by customers.

In case you’re not fully satisfied with the product and/or service that you have bought, we are here to assist you.

Cancellation and refunds will be carried out as per the following policies as mentioned below. We always strive to maintain the highest quality standards at everything we do, so that you can achieve 100 percent satisfaction.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

If any course or event is cancelled from our end, 100 percent of course fees will be refunded. However, the refund will not include any personal expenses incurred by the candidate, such as travel and logistics expenses.

If any event or course is postponed from our end, the candidates who are already 10 days ahead of purchase, will be rescheduled to any forthcoming classroom batch, without levying any additional charges. Moreover, if any candidate likes to be shifted from one schedule to another schedule, then the same will be carried out seamlessly.

If a cancellation request is raised by a candidate, 10 days or more before the start of a course or event, then 10 per cent of the total course fee will be deducted and then the rest will be refunded.

If a cancellation request is raised within 10 days of the start of a course or event, then no refunds will be carried out for the same.

No refund will be made for candidates who fail to attend any course or event.

All refunds will be made to the original payment method, borne by the candidate, within 10 working days after refund approval.

Refund Procedure

If any cancellation request is received within 24 hours of registration, then a full refund will be processed after the deduction of the payment gateway charges. Please contact us at info@meritglobaltraining.com for initiating a refund request.

During any of our classroom training, you will be given time till lunch break of the first day, for putting in a refund request, especially if you are not happy with the trainer and the quality does not meet your expectations. You can drop your refund request at info@meritglobaltraining.com and 100 per cent of the course fees will be refunded along with an apology email from our end.
