4. Can I cancel my enrolment? Will I get a refund?

5. Can I switch my start date?
Yes, if you notify at least 24 hours in advance before the 1st class of the training and there is an availability in a different batch then you will be able to switch your start date.

The CPHQ exam is a computer-based test with 140 multiple-choice questions, of which 125 are scored.
7. What topics are covered?
The exam covers topics such as patient safety, performance measurement and quality management.
8. How is the exam scored?
The exam is scored pass or fail based on a scaled scoring system.
9. How long should I study to prepare for CPHQ exam?
Study time depends on your background and experience, but most people spend 6 weeks to 3 months preparing.
10. What if I fail the CPHQ exam?
You can retake the exam 90 days after your initial attempt, and you can take it up to three times in a year.
11. Who administers the exam?
National Association of Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) administers the exam. CPHQ certification helps promote healthcare quality. It is important to renew the certification regularly because it expires after two years.
12. What are the prerequisites for CPHQ?
There are no formal eligibility requirements to sit for the exam. It is recommended that candidates have at least two years of experience in the healthcare quality profession.
13. Does CPHQ expire?
The CPHQ-Retired status is 2 years in length, beginning Jan 1 of the year following the certification expiration date. The cycle ends Dec 31 of the second year, and your recertification application is due by that day.
14. What is the purpose of CPHQ?
